As a trainer, I put people first. I place great importance on tailoring every session to each person's individual fitness level — whether in personal training or group classes. With creative and varied exercises, I make sure every workout stays effective, engaging, and motivating.
My upbeat and positive approach creates a welcoming training atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and genuinely enjoys moving. With years of experience in group fitness as well as one-on-one Power Plate training, I know how important clear guidance, personal attention, and motivation are — whether you're in a group or working with me one-on-one.
Sessions can be conducted in German, English, or Hungarian, so every client feels fully supported and understood.
My goal is to guide people of all fitness levels safely, efficiently, and joyfully toward greater strength, mobility, and wellbeing.
